就今天在meropark跟miyabi火雞((oi!聊到身體狀況提醒我上個星期與pang和聰聊到的話題。。。

蹲一下站起來通常會眼前白一下~ 耳朵漸漸變得聼不見~ 那時候當然是站不穩啊~ 不過不會持續很久就能繼續走路~
晚上睡覺耳邊一定會有一種像瑞說的很小聲的高音波回響~ 連醒着把耳朵遮起來都會聼得見~
很容易有喘的現象~ 坐太久站太久走太久都會~ 尤其餓的時候更加嚴重。。。Orz 結果搞得我像個運動白癡 = ="||

聰說如果有錢的話最好去全身檢查一下~
可是我沒錢 T^T
pang的爸說心臟不好要去運動~
